11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Welcoming and Social Gathering
The day begins with a warm welcome as guests arrive at the Auditorium Hall. This time is dedicated to introductions, mingling, and creating a joyful atmosphere as family and friends gather to celebrate the union of the couple. Hosts will ensure everyone feels comfortable and connected, setting the tone for the sacred rituals to follow.
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Wedding Rituals and Lunch
The wedding rituals will commence at 12:00 PM in the Auditorium Hall, led by the priest and performed according to Hindu traditions. The couple will participate in various ceremonies, including the havan, chanting of mantras, kanyadaan , saptapadi, and the sindoor and mangalsutra ceremony. These rituals will unfold in a serene and spiritual ambiance, allowing guests to witness or participate as they feel inclined.
Simultaneously, lunch will be served in the Dining Area located on the lower level in the basement. Guests are invited to enjoy a traditional vegetarian saatvik meal, prepared without onion or garlic, adhering to temple’s dietary customs. The dining area will be open throughout this time, allowing guests to alternate between observing the rituals upstairs and enjoying their meal downstairs. Volunteers will be available to guide guests between locations as needed.
